Payments
LT Events & Designs only honors, PayPal to pay with your credit card or with your PayPal account.
For customers who use PayPal Echeck: This payment option can take up to 7 business days to clear. Items will be shipped once payment has cleared.

Order Confirmation & Status
Once your payment is complete you will receive a confirmation email. When your package is shipped, you will receive a second email notifications.
Shipping
Ready Made items will be shipped 5-7 business days of purchase.
Made to Order (customized) items will be shipped within the time frame given in the listing, usually 1-3 weeks depending on my work load.
All items are shipped via First Class Mail unless the package exceeds 13 ounces, in which case items will be mailed via Priority shipping. Rushed orders will be shipped via Express Mail with additional cost.
Returns/Refunds
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase!
Returns are only accepted on Ready Made items, the items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days (*in the condition they were received). When returning a item please get delivery confirmation so you can track your item. Any items lost in the mail, store credit or exchanges will not be honored.
LTED DOES NOT ISSUE MONETARY REFUNDS
Price Change
LTED reserves the right to adjust prices based on additional materials or colors used, (to be agreed upon prior to work). Once agreed your price will be locked!
